Day 01: Arrive -
Delhi:
Meeting and assistance on arrival at international airport and
transfer to the hotel.
Afternoon half day combined city tour of Old and New Delhi.
Delhi is the political capital of India, and has a plethora of
monuments to offer the historically minded tourist. Visit the
crowded bazaars of Old Delhi, Chandni Chowk, Red Fort which
boasts a covered marketplace, and the many beautiful halls and
pavilions. Enjoy the wide tree-lined boulevards and beautiful
gardens of the New Delhi. Visit the Tomb of Humayun, the Qutab
Minar for those looking at the past, the many monuments will
keep you enchanted for days.

Day 02: Delhi -
Lucknow
:
Morning transfer from the hotel to the railway station to board
Shatabdi Express for Lucknow. Meeting and assistance on arrival
and transfer to the hotel.
Afternoon half day city tour of Lucknow.
Lucknow, the capital city of Uttar Pradesh located on the banks
of Gomti river, this city has witnessed the rules of the Avadh.
These decadent Muslim rulers, also known as the nawabs. The
historic monuments are Bara Imambara, Chhota Imambara and the
huge crumbling mausoleums of the nawabs and the pock-marked
ruins of the Residency make it an interesting place to visit.

Day 03: Lucknow
- Balrampur :
Morning drive from Balrampur to Lumbini. On arrival check into
hotel.
Afternoon visit Lumbini. The one of the most holy places
associated with Buddha is Lumbini, in Nepal, adjoining India
where he was born. He spent his early days in Piprahwa and
touched by his early experiences, set out in search of the
truth.
Overnight at Lumbini.
Day 04: Balrampur
- Lumbini :
Morning drive from Balrampur to Lumbini. On arrival check into
hotel.

Day 05: Lumbini
- Kushinagar
:
Morning drive from Lumbini to Kushinagar. On arrival check into
hotel.
Afternoon visit the site of Lord Buddha’s cremation. Now
pilgrims come in large numbers to see the remains of his
cremation stupa. The Nirvana temple enshrines a colossal
reclining status of the Buddha.
Overnight at Kushinagar.
Day 06:
Kushinagar- Vaishali- Patna
:
Morning drive from Kushinagar to Patna enroute visiting Vaishali,
a few dilapidates stupas and a small museum. Later on drive to
Patna and check into hotel.
Afternoon half day city tour of Patna.
Patna, the capital city of Bihar located on the banks where
rivers Sone and Ganga merge, this city has witnessed the rules
of Chanakya, Chandragupta, Ashoka and the Nanda rulers. The
Patna museum has unfolds a long history of the region.
Overnight at Patna.
Day 07: Patna -
Nalanda- Rajgir - Bodhgaya
:
Morning drive from Patna to Bodhgaya enroute visiting Nalanda
and Rajgir. Nalanda was one of the world’s great university and
an important Buddhist centre. In Rajgir, the first Buddhist
council and an important pilgrimage site since Buddha spent 12
years here. Later on proceed to Bodhgaya and check in at hotel.

Day 08: Bodhgaya
:
Full day temple visit. Bodhgaya: The four most holy places
associated with lord Buddha where he attained enlightenment
under the Banyan tree. Ashok, who converted to Buddhism in the
3rd century B.C. erected the Maha Bodhi temple which is most
important places of worship for the Buddhists. There are many
temples built by the people of various nations like the Tibet
temple, the Japanese, the Thai, the Lankan and the Bhutan
temple. These temples are also a major attraction for the
tourists and devotees, who visit Bodh Gaya.
Overnight at Bodhgaya.
Day 09: Bodhgaya
- Varanasi
:
Morning drive from Bodhgaya to Varanasi. On arrival check into
hotel.
Afternoon excursion to Sarnath. About 10 kms. from Varanasi, is
the four most holy places where lord Buddha after enlightenment
gave his first sermon or as the Buddhist say set the wheel of
Dharma or law rolling. Return back to Varanasi.
Overnight at Varanasi..
Day 10: Varanasi
- Delhi
:
Early morning boat ride on holy river Ganges, followed by visit
the temples.
Varanasi is one of the oldest cities of India and the center of
education, religion, art and culture. The main attraction are
the bathing ghats and temples. The Kashi Vishwanath temple,
Durga temple, Bharat Mata temple, Tulsi Manas temple are the
most sacred spots in the city.
In time transfer to the airport to board flight for Delhi. On
arrival directly proceed to the International airport for flight
to onward destination.
