Day 01. On arrival at Mumbai,
you will be greeted with traditional Indian welcome and escorted to your hotel.  Mumbai a cluster of seven islands drive its name from Mumbadevi, the patron goddess of the Koli fisher folk who are the oldest inhabitants. Mumbai, today is more than just a metropolis. Overnight at hotel. 

Day 02. Mumbai
Morning tour of Mumbai a blend of East & West. A survey of the city will include the British built Arch “ Gateway of India” Bombay’s landmark, built in commemoration of the visit of King George V in 1911, Dhobi Ghat Mumbai’s open air Laundry, the Jain temple, Marine drive, the Hanging Garden, Malabar Hills and the stately domed Prince of Wales Museum. Afternoon walking tour through Crawford market, Chor Bazar $ Bhan Ganga to get a first hand exposure of daily market life in India. Overnight at hotel. 

Day 03. Mumbai-Aurangabad
This morning fly to Aurangabad, your base for the world famous rock-cut temples of Ajanta & Ellora. The rock cut
Caves once served as Buddhist monastries during the fifth century A.D. After check into the hotel proceed for Ellora caves temples are about three hundred and fifty years old. One of the finest sclpture sites in the country with 34 amazing caves. Kailashnath Temple Actually sculpted out of a mountain , was created as residence of Lord Shiva. It is perhaps the largest monolith ever created and bears a lavish testimony to the excellence of Dravidian art. Back to hotel. Overnight at hotel. 

Day 04. Ajanta Caves Excursion
This morning explore the Ajanta Caves, One hundred and seven kilometers north east of Aurangabad are the incredible rock-cut monuments of Ajanta, housing significant examples of early Buddhist paintings. It was only till the last century, the Ajanta caves-temples remained unknown to the world. Here Buddhist art attained the peak of its development, in frescoes and wall paintings revealing a fascinating lifestyle. Overnight at hotel. 

Day 05. Aurangabad-Mumbai-Goa
This moring flt to Mumbai to take a connecting flight for Goa., Goa is the land of romantic beaches and palm borderd river, formaer Portuguese colony, sun drenched coastlined state with miles of beaches against a back drop of coconut palms and green rice fields, interlaced with waterways and the rivers, Enjoy the peach and quite good food lilting music and endless beaches. Overnight at hotel. 

Day 06. Goa
Whole day enjoy the beaches and shop in the exotic bazaars reminiscent of the Portuguese culture. Overnight at hotel. 

Day 07. Goa-Badami
Today you will leave by surface for  Badami . On arrival check in at Hotel.  Overnight at the hotel. 

Day 08. Badami :
Full day visit to Hampi a Temple complex built to honour Shiva, in the very heart of Hampi Bazzar.  Visit the House of Victory – it was built when Krishnadeva Raya came back from his victorious expedition against the King of Orissa.Also visit the Hazara Rama Temple-this temple is believed to have been the private place of worship of Royal family, the Lotus Mahal-shaped like a lotus flower from top, the Elephant Stables-this huge stable, a beautiful example of Hindu Muslim style of architecture, the Pushkarini Tank, the Mahanavami Dibba, the Mustard Ganesha and the Noblemen’s Palace. 

Day 09. Badami- Hospet :
Leave by surface for Hospet.  On arrival check in at Hotel.  Overnight at the hotel. 

Day 10. Hospet :
Full day visit to Pattadakal.  Pattadakal is an art historians dream.  It has a set of nine temples built almost in a single file, showing the architects desire for experimenting in various styles.  Here you will visit the Virupaksha Temple, built by Lokeswari Devi, One of the Queens of Vikramaditya II, in honour of his victorious battle against the Pallavas of Kanchi in the year 735 CE.  Also visit the Mallikarjuna temple very similar to the Virupaksha temple but on a much smaller scale, the Galagantha Temple, Chandrasekhara, Sangameshwara, Jambulinga Kadasiddeshwara Temple.  Overnight at the Hotel. 

Day 11. Hospet- Mysore
This morning drive to Mysore by road, A drive through the picturesque land of evergreen hills and beautiful nature landscaped plains takes you to the  palace filled Mysore, enroute visit Palace of Tipu Sultan, In the evening visit the Brindavan Garden with its magnificient fountains. Overnight at hotel. 

Day 12. Mysore-Bangalore
This morning drive to Bangalore through picturesque land of evergreen hills and beautiful landscaped.
Bangalore is a pretty town with lakes and tree lined avenues. Visit the Gardens of Lal Bagh, Cubbon Park and impressive monolith Nandi Bull temple. Overnight at hotel. 

Day 13. Bangalore-Trivandrum
This morning fly to Trivandrum, the capital of the state of Kerala formerly known as Thiruvananthapuram. It is a beautiful seaside city built on seven hills and is still retains some of the ambience charactristic of old kerala. Overnight at hotel.

Day 14. Trivandrum-Madurai
This morning travel to Madurai by road. On arrival check into your hotel. Madurai was planned as lotus flower with Meenakshi temple and its court of thousand beautifully carved pillars at its center. We will explore this jewel of a temple city, Thirumalai Palace and local bazaars. Overnight at hotel. 

Day 15. Madurai-Chennai
This afternoon fly to Chennai. Chennai is the gateway to a voyage of discovery of an ancient temple-studded state. Sightseeing includes Mylapore Temple, Cathedral of St.Thomas, Fort George and national Art Museum. Overnight at hotel. 

Day 16. Kanchipuram & Mahalipuram Excursion & Home
Kanchipuram one of the seven sacred cities of India, served as a capital for several dynasties, Visit three of the best temples, Kailashnath and Ekambareshwara dedicated to Lord Shiva, and Vaikuntaperumal dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Continue on to the ancient Pallava port of Mamallapuram for lunch at a seaside resort. Later visit the seventh century rock hewn monuments,the shore temple only serviving one of seven is a unique example of temple buil of rock quarried elsewhere and carried to shore. Back to chennai and transfer to Airport to take flight for onwards destination.
